- Pages reset at 00:00 on the 1st of each month, Taipei time. Photographed pages are part of the total.
- Listed prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$). Tax is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and the amount and currency you actually pay are as shown on the checkout page.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
- How to pay
- Payment is handled by Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record: it collects payment and handles sales tax. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay if your phone or browser has it set up.
- Full refund within 7 days
- You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of any payment. No reason needed.
- After 7 days, and cancelling
- After that you can still cancel at any time: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and you won’t be charged again, but we don’t give partial refunds for a period that has already started.
- After a refund
- Your account goes back to the free plan, and your courses, terms and review history stay.
- Automatic renewal
- Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. A renewal payment can also be refunded in full within 7 days.
- How to ask for a refund
- In Settings, under Plan and usage, choose Request a refund. Or email support@bandocstudy.com from the address you signed up with, and we reply within 2 business days. You can also see your subscription and cancel it yourself in Polar’s customer portal.
Questions about the plans
What happens when I use all 500 pages?
Review stays unlimited. To translate new pages, upgrade or wait until the 1st of next month.
How are photographed pages counted?
Each photographed page counts toward the page total and toward the photo limit, because reading a photo costs more to process.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of any payment, with no reason needed. After 7 days you can still cancel at any time and keep using the plan to the end of the period you paid for, but we don’t give partial refunds for a period that has already started. After a refund, your courses, terms and review history stay.
